Emma wasn't in control of her actions; also, as she points in the issue, due to their connection, all she had to do was think about having sex that it would automatically happen. Makes as much sense as to blame Jean for DPS or Scott for killing Xavier.

That doesn't count. They were under possession of the Phoenix Force. Namor trashed Wakanda and committed mass genocide. Does that make him a genocidal maniac? Also, Cyclops killed Professor X.

Yep, but they were all under the Phoenix drug. Basically everyone's Phoenix Five character got assassinated in AvX. But you could say it was the Avengers fault for starting it all.
