You forgot the golden rule - only Cyclops is responsible for his actions at all times.

Emma clearly went behind Scott back to scheme and manipulate Namor

He flooded a country that kidnapped a mutant.

He erased a world to save his own. I think the two might be a bit different. Not that either of them are morally upright, but I wouldn't call Namor a genocidal maniac like I would when he was corrupted with the Phoenix.

What ambiguity? We only saw them together for like a few panels in #1 and nothing about it suggested that they were anymore together than in Bendis run where Scott made it clear he was over her

They clearly cared very much for each other in a way they didn't when they were broken up. And Emma treated Scott's death like she lost someone she was still in a relationship with. idk maybe not to you, but people were definitely wondering what the status of their relationship during the mini was?

Emma's reaction to his death make sense regardless of if they were together or not. She was in love with him and never got over him even after their breakup

When you hate to characters so much and go above and beyond to trash them it only hurts the one you are trying to defend.

Scott and Emma had lots of yummy nights together something he never had before
