It's Stranger Things vs. Carrie, two horrifying people meet in the middle of nowhere ready to fight to the death.

This was also my thought. Carrie can vary a bit.

Generally, I'd say her scale - just in terms of area of effect - seems a bit higher than Eleven. However, Eleven has more, if slightly difficult to quantify, power feats like closing the dimensional rift and so on.

I mean this is very quickdraw as both of them are capable of killing instantly with their first move and neither have great speed feats to speak of.

Carrie seemed more creative and explosive in terms of raw power in most versions of her story. I think both the classic Sissy Spacek version of the character AND Chloe Grace Moretz's version would win this.

It may come down to a quickdraw, though, given the human durability of all participants.
