Would probably work best as a one-off fundraiser comic but here goes :
Midnighter and Apollo
Tasmanian Devil
Trans character from Doom Patrol (name?)
Poison Ivy (finally admits the "L word")
Batwoman
Others?
YOUR ideas and opinions on this?

I assume you mean Rebus from Doom Patrol. Though "trans" doesn't quite cover it.
Anyway, LGBT or no, that's a thoroughly bonkers team that I would totally pay to read about.
Who's left? Harley Quinn, Wonder Woman... I'm sure that there's a biggie that I'm having trouble remembering.

Shining Knight and John Constantine.
Or just make a comics of the Legends of Tomorrow team.
«Speaking generally, it is because of the desire of the tragic poets for the marvellous that so varied and inconsistent an account of Medea has been given out» (Diodorus Siculus, The Library of History [4.56.1])

I don't know, I'm usually against making a team of all one type of people, be it all LGBT, all female, all black, all straight, all male, all white, etc. Unless it's like a really small team, because harder to argue if there's only two or three people (are two peeps even a team?). But on the other hand, I can name all of like 2 or three LGBT people from DC offhand (and I'm not even sure if Supergirl's adoptive sister from the tv show is in the comics), so getting them more out there could only be a good thing. As long as it didn't feel like it was being done as a cheap gimmick in the comics but done with respect.
Is there even a trans superhero in DC?
