DC should do the same and legit bring Vulcan into their Universe.

Why stop at Vulcan? There are characters that DC owns the rights to that they let go unused, which I think is a missed opportunity for them. Standalone stories are good, but fans really love it when their favorite characters meet each other and interact (i.e. the reason Superman/Batman teamed up for like 100 issues). Showing that all of these characters exist in the same universe would be good for business.

I think it's just stupid how they ushered in Cyborg so fast to replace BV when Samurai got an origin in the '84 Super Friends series. They could've had BV and Cyborg together on the same team, but nope they had to fire BV and Apache and the Wonder Twins. (Samurai and El Dorado stayed for some reason.) Why couldn't you make an origin for BV? He's not an illegitimate spawn of Jefferson Pierce like you think he is! (Explains the reason he's not in Scribblenauts Unmasked.)

I'm going to write a comic series about BV and offer it to DC to publish under their Hanna-Barbera label. I've given BV the name Michael Jones and hopefully this will get more people to realize what a wonderful character he is.

If DC ever worked Black Vulcan into the DCU proper, one of the first things they would have to do, is develop his character, and give him a civilian name and identity.

Why do they have to do that? Why can't he just be Black Vulcan?

I have a civilian identity for him already, and I gave him kleptomania to further develop his character.

I like what they did with these characters in JLU and YJ. It's time for them to take their place in the DCU echelon. And don't forget Rima and Conjura either.
