    I'd say she's a ringer.

Either that or I am very very very highly underestimating chain guns. Or the Man of Steel universe has chain guns that put real world chain guns to shame.
    Movie Kryptonians get stronger with:

    a) exposure to earth's sun and elements, and..
    b) confidence

Jor El pretty much told Clark he didn't really have limits if he kept pushing himself, and this was shown like 4 times in the movie, culminating with him flying away from the mini singularity that sucked everything in with Lois (or with the gravity beam).

On the flip side, Zod started gaining full confidence as he felt that he was automatically better than Clark due to his breeding, and could thus do whatever he could do, via focus.

Also, the bullets that hurt Nam Ek didn't hurt Faora in the same scene. It's generally a mix of focus and confidence.

Also, Faora clearly has enhanced reflexes (a mix of her inherent powers and being a trained fighter). The motions she does when zipping are far too precise to be just "zooming at people like a bullet," and she actually intercepts Clark WHILE he's doing it. Clarks reaction speed while flying would put him at around peak human in itseld, with where he makes his turns at, with his speed. And, while Zod only showed "launching" speeds himself, he could "launch" himself at most of the characters at the bell before they could do anything, and keep zipping around at bullet speeds over and over with only a fraction of a second between zips.
