I've always felt that Black Manta got shoehorned into being Aquaman's nemesis and does not fit into the DC mythos the way many other supervillains do. I think he'd do much better outside of the angst of a "water king" so to speak. Take that angst with his oppression and put him against a marvel hero who has used oppression as a path towards justice, be it Captain America or Black Panther. Water vs. water or water vs. land doesn't matter. How your rage is born doesn't matter. its' how it lives that does.

Batman vs the Hand is a no brainer. GOOD PICK HERE. I started another thread about what Marvel villains someone would like to see face off against DC villains. I at first said Flash rogues vs Spider-mans rogues and Doctor Doom against Lex Luthor, but I didn't even think of the Hand vs The League of Assassins.

Holy **** you pulled out Prometheus. I think there's only like 5 people that actually like Prometheus and that's a shame. When he first came out I was convinced he was going to end up one of Batman's rogues. He was perfect for it.

Cosmic Ghost Rider vs Lobo would be hilarious, badass, and extremely 90s all at the same time.
Karnak vs Midnighter would be pretty interesting if written well.
