Default Avengers line up with these specific guidelines?

Marvel calls you. They want you to come up with an Avengers line up with these specifics:

    * No more than 10 members.
    * The characters must all be assumed to be at least 18 years old.
    * Only one team. Just one Avengers line up with the above 2 requirements. No Avengers, plus Avengers Global, Avengers: Street Level, etc. Just one Avengers team, no more than 10 members, all 18 years old or older in their fictional age.

    What is your line-up?

To me, a definitive Avengers lineup is basically:

    Captain America
    Thor
    Iron Man
    Vision
    Scarlet Witch
    Wasp
    Hawkeye

Ten members feels like it would be excessive and there wouldn't be any character development. I wouldn't mind greater diversity by adding someone like Spectrum to the list since my list has a lot of white men. Monica is obviously there for more than just to check boxes since she was an iconic member of Roger Stern's run. I wouldn't mind someone like Ms. America Chavez, who seems to work well in team books, but I'm honestly not 100% positive she's over 18. I assume she is, I just don't know.

    Black Panther
    Captain America
    Thor
    She Hulk
    Vision
    Wasp (Jan)
    Winter Soldier
    Quake
    Human Torch (Johnny)
    Manifold

Shuri & Agent 13 would assume the roles of “the man in the chair” and other characters such as the FF, Asgardians, Scarlet Witch, etc... would be supporting characters.

    1. Commander America (Stephen Rogers from the Secret Empire storyline)

    2. Iron Hydra (Helmut Zemo in Hydra's version of the iron man suit)

    3. Ragnarok (the thor clone from Civil War with more autonomy)

    4. Scarlet Witch (Chthon's vessel until it can find a decent replacement...resurrected Jennifer Kale maybe)

    5. Vision (thoroughly corrupted by Arnim Zola's computer virus but i'm treating him as a separate entity from regular Vision - like Jonas was a separate entity)

    6. Taskmaster (with the implied upgrade from the Spider-man II series)

    7. Black Ant (back to being irredeemable)

    What is your line-up?
canonically, how many members have been younger than 18? Firestar and Justice were already in college. Spider-Man was already a college graduate. So who else-- Scarlet Witch, Quicksilver? (16-17-ish during the kooky quartet era?)

In any case, my random assembly: Spider-Man, Black Panther, Storm, Blade, Luke Cage, Hercules, Spectrum, Blue Marvel, Okoye, Firestar.
