Maybe give Deathstroke the Ikon suit for it to be a fight of some kind. Otherwise, it wasn't really needed to powerup spiderman even further. He can stomp Slade just fine with his normal power set.

One could probably count his biological web shooters as part of that? Although he may have picked them up at a different point.
Post Flashpoint Slade had better equipment and would have a better shot.
