DC's Frankenstein is barrelling out of the current Event Leviathan series and into his own team book this September called Gotham City Monsters. First reported by HorrorDNA, Gotham City Monsters will by written by Steve Orlando and drawn by Amancay Naheulpan. DC has not specified if this is an ongoing or limited series.

"Leviathan has dismantled S.H.A.D.E.—and that means Frankenstein is once again a free agent! Now he can set his sights on his former mentor, Melmoth, the one evil that got away," reads DC's solicitation. "With bad things happening all across the Multiverse, this may be Frankenstein’s last shot at setting things right. Of course, Melmoth has his own agenda, and it’s going to take more than a lone monster to take him down." . . .

Orca is all I needed to be sold on it.

She had a fun cameo in Lego Batman and a breakout romance with Killer Croc in the Injustice 2 comic, but it's nice to see her getting some spotlight in the main DC Universe.
