Anime G is invulnerable to any attack originating from this dimension and can kill dozens of other Kaiju with a single atomic blast while in filius form. 616 G can't touch him.

The "invulnerability" is a no-limits-fallacy. If Galactus blasted him, he would die just fine based on what we have seen him tank.

IIRC Godzilla killed those Kaiju over a period of time, not with a single shot. Also, the best feat we have was the I-r-nuke-proof feat which was never repeated.
