Season 3 of Farscape. Every season tweaked the intro a bit but I thought season 3 had the best mix of showing how trippy and cool this show was and the juxtaposition of Crichton talking about the nightmares he seen vs the wonder's he's seen in his dialogue is cool.

I dunno. M:I is great, but Hawaii 5-0 and The Adventures of Jonny Quest both give it run.
