Of all the actors who've portrayed Sherlock Holmes on television, Jeremy Brett is at the very top of the list:

^Agreed. Brett is the definitive screen Holmes for me.

Without any legitimate close competitor to date. Even Rasthbone was a distant second. I do wonder what Jude Law could do with it in a serious adaptation.

Mentioned this before, but just had to put it up:



Granted, I liked the intros for later seasons, like when Richard Dean Anderson and Don Davis were a bit older looking and Michael Shanks had shorter hair. But, the theme is still excellent. Just really captures that spirit of adventure found in the show.

There were a lot of great intros for Highlander. Just the whole "Here we are! Born to be kings, we're the princes of the universe!" kicks ass no matter the season. But season 3's had to be the best:



The little intro with the montage in the beginning was great!
