Always thought Mike Zeck did very well with both Storm Shadow & Snake-Eyes:

Liefeld best Sabretooth and Caliban.
Georges Jeanty draws the best Sabretooth hands down, imo.
Being one of my OTPs back in 2016 - 2017, I got a pairing commission from Jeanty.
Once again, his Sabretooth is still on point -even after 17 years.
Monet had many good looks in the 90's. I miss when she was drawn with more full features.
So in that regard, Steve Pugh did my favorite versions of her.
Dodson did a pretty good Monet as well, when it kept it in this range. But Steven Pugh was still the best, imo.
The pre-whitewashed / euro-washed days.

I prefer him human looking. It makes him blend when he needs to, and he can be bestial when he needs too.
It makes him versatile, which is the one I prefer. He can be a monster, or dress up in some nice suits & be a schemer.
I don't like him overly big hulking, especially when they insist on putting him in fur, which makes him look ridiculous. lol
This looks corny as Hell imo. But I am ok with it now, because the character is a lame joke these days anyhow. So glad they're not wasting any designs I liked on him. lol
But usually Sabretooth's better stories tend to come when he had short hair, and was more human-looking.
Joe Mad was ok, but he towed a line, imo. It depends on how big he's making him at the time.

I love Terry Dodson's rendition of the X-Women:
Joe Mad's Gargoyles is an all-time favorite:

Some more examples...
Scarlet Witch
and you can see the difference between her appearance and Carol - a lot of artists would have drawn then identical, with only the hair and costumes to tell them apart. But you can see Wanda's face is more angular, her nose longer to give her a sharper profile...
...while Janet/Wasp has a more puckish appearance. A cute upturned nose [not unlike Jenna Coleman]
If ten years of recording The Young and the Restless for my mother have taught me anything, it's that characters in serial dramas are always happily in love...until they're not
“The very powerful and the very stupid have one thing in common. Instead of altering their views to fit the facts, they alter the facts to fit their views...which can be very uncomfortable if you happen to be one of the facts that needs altering.” - the 4th Doctor
Jim Lee draws the best everything IMO. I'd put his interpretation of a character against anybody's.
While I totally agree about both Miller and Janson, if I had to pick an artist from Miller's work I would actually pick Mazzucchelli just for the work on Born Again, which is (in my biased opinion) not only the greatest DD story, but one of the greatest stories in comics. The page of Matt returning as Daredevil with the flames behind him is so iconic.
