Bringing back Marvel Zombies is a boring and transparent idea.

Not any more boring than what's been coming out the past few years.

They're bringing Marvel Zombies back. The tagline is "the dead will walk again", which seems to be a reference to the end of the Walking Dead series. They're not copying DCeased.

No, they are not copying DC, but they are taking advantage of the momentum of DCeased and the ending of the walking dead comics. It is an honest bussiness practice.

I mean, they were probably always going to bring back the Marvel Zombies at some point...

Yeah. Marvel's coming back with the idea they had "first" (at least before DC) and is using it to cash in on other zombie-related comics currently out. As for who had it first, the zombie craze goes back decades back to Night of the Living Dead (1968) and probably other sources and actual zombie lore I'm in no mood to investigate. But a 50 year old pop culture icon cult film pretty much confirms no one doing any comic created the idea.

Yep, that's right. But still... is kinda suspicious they use Inhyuk Lee, the same artist from the DCeased covers to make the art promo for a similar theme product.

Looking forward to get my copy of Marvel Comics#1001.
I will be buying Marvel Comics#1000 and #1001 for sure.
With so many people in the making of these two comic books i am intrigued to see how all the stories will be read as a main story in each comic book.

All they should do is copy Batman and somehow pry Geoff Jones away....that would probably kill DC

    Isn't that copying Marvel Zombies

even then they copy each other all the time. DC are now doing the $1 old comics reprints, I wonder where they got that idea from
    We need better comics
