This was already in the works before #1000 was even announced. So, nothing about it is a response to any reaction to #1000.

And even then, was there any kind of actual uproar over the lack of female creators in #1000 or was it just the usual internet non-controversy?

Spoiler alert, it was the latter.

As for what this actual issue will entail, it's cool that the story begun in #1000 will continue. Wonder if we're going to also get a #1002, #1003, and so on.

Is this going to be a mini series?

Four members of the FF on the cover. Coincidence?

Probably, it's continuing the story about the Eternity Mask and such.

Oooo, old She-Hulk design. And Jessica Drew back in her old, silly outfit. I'm being blessed with my silly demands these days!

The cover to this feels weirdly understated compared to issue #1000. I figured they'd make another group shot, this time composed of characters that got snubbed from the previous cover.
The artist formerly known as OrpheusTelos.

I hope this is just the stuff they saved and this isn't becoming a mini series.

Nobody from the FF was on the last cover, so they may have been going for a homage (especially since everyone here has either been on the team or has honorary status).

Does Marvel even need to copy DCeased after they put out Marvel Zombies?
