eh...Finesse as a villain would make sense to me :/

    Developed into one, sure.

Just casually showing up as one, cackling all the while?

Yeah, no. Its especially bad when it's in a series that's trying to be sensitive about mental representation/depiction.

All too often, villain groups ae just blobs that writers throw together without regard to internal logic, because they fit some larger theme as determined by the writer. Given the utter lack of character development or focus on Finesse's past, its hard not to see her face turn as such

I'm wondering how soon there will be another "new wave" of teen heroes, with Kamala and Doreen being poised as the "older folks".. We'll see?

i don't remember any cackling. her two defining character traits from the original series were emotional "deafness" and a competitive streak. the same seem to be on display in Unstoppable Wasp. she's not doing anything particularly villainous (she's not bragging about mad science like Brilliance). not to mention that her first real story arc involved her blackmailing Quicksilver into training her; citing his training as a mutant terrorist. i might wait to see what they do with her in the final issue. she might be a double agent for all we know. her former classmates are working for the nu-SHIELD afterall.

Darkhawk isn't actually on any of the teams listed in the first post (he's an ally of Nova, but n
Yes darkhawk was a member of the new warriors. He was in wca and secret defenders also.

    Gorilla Girl: quit
Didn't she die in marvel apes?

I wish marvel would use American dream in something. Also what about the heroes reborn bucky? She could be used in champions. Team her up with American dream for a limited series.

How about the young gods or the other state teams like action pack? How about dead girl? Has marvel used her in anything? I wish marvel would use comet man also. Has butterball been in anything?

American Dream is an MC2 character, so she would logically only be used in Mayday Parker Spider-Girl comics.

Rikki Barnes is dead, isn't she?

Dead Girl? Isn't she from X-Statix? Also dead - the entire team except for Doop was killed off when that book ended!

She did a limited series later teaming up with dr strange so she is still around. She helped fight heroes and bad guys who were coming back to life and yes had to meet her dead friends from x-static!

Yes she is a mc2 hero but miles is a ultimate hero and spidey 2099 is a 2099 hero and both ended up in the main universe.

So the heroes reborn bucky is dead. What a waste. She would have been fun in the new warriors.

She's not cackling exactly, but she is taunting Nadia's friends in a manner that certainly doesn't fit with past Finesse at all, but more of a jerk jock archtype.

Not saying that Finesse was perfectly moral, but assaulting others alongside terrorists is a bit too far, IMO

At least we still have memories of her from her time with the Young Allies (Heroic Age version).

Avengers Arena? It did take some off the board (Academy's Mettle, for example). But there are still many limboed characters from that era.

What about Violet Lightner? She got a total bum rap. She should steal back the Tactigon and either become a hero or villain !

I wouldn't be surprised if she showed up in Tony Stark: Iron Man eventually. Slott is already using Gauntlet so it would make sense if she showed up with the Tactigon to clash with him.
