You are my favorite thing, Peter. My very favorite thing.
I'd really like to see what Gail Simone and Nicola Scott would do with Batman, the Batfamily, the Batvillains, and Gotham in a good, long run. (For some reason I think she'd write a remarkable Alfred.)
I'd also go for a Mark Russell and Jason Fabok exploration of Gotham and her citizenry. Russell has the ability to look at characters from an interestingly askew POV and a wry sense of humor that could combine to ask new questions about Gotham and portray its villains freshly and explore new themes in the Bat mythos.
And I have two ideas for new titles set in Gotham, that both feature a combo of existing characters and new characters, that I'd love to get Gail Simone and Dale Eaglesham and Brian Michael Bendis and Xermanico to produce. (I'll edit!)

Rucka gets both books. Fabok on BATMAN, Cameron Stewart on Tec which would be mostly centered on Catwoman, but they would basically be telling the same stories or at least have the same overarching arc/mythology.
THE BATMAN:
Joelle Jones
Mike and Laura Allred

I'm assuming they have to be alive and active. That's harder
Writers
Patrick Gleason

Jason Fabok

I haven't thought how to distribute those
Batman-
Writer: Paul Dini
Artist: Dustin Nguyen
I think those two produced some of the most consistently good TEC and Streets of Gotham comics, and I’d like to see what Dini does if he’s actually given a mission statement to be ambitious. For instance, I think he handles Batman and Catwoman much better than Tom King (and I’m someone who doesn’t mind King’s take), and I think it’s hard to find someone who can handle so many villains with such a deft hand without over-relying on any style of writing or villainy.
Detective Comic-
Writer: Fabian Nicieza
Artist: Marcus To
Yeah, the big fan of the Red Robin solo just wants that team on the main backup book. But genuinely, I think Nicieza’s overall credentials speak for themselves, and To is an underrated talent. Bring some vibrancy and goofiness to both books for a while and see what happens.
Like action, adventure, rogues, and outlaws? Like anti-heroes, femme fatales, mysteries and thrillers?
I wrote a book with them. Outlaw’s Shadow: A Sherwood Noir. Robin Hood’s evil counterpart, Guy of Gisbourne, is the main character. Feel free to give it a look: https://read.amazon.com/kp/embed?asi...E2PKBNJFH76GQP
