This is an obscure pull... does anyone else even remember... Remember Me...?
Aha.
Anyhow... umm, Nilin was pretty much a normal, if skilled, human martial artist with some esoteric memory punching abilities. Jade was more generic platform-y in terms of stats so I think she's less skilled but a bit more physically powerful.
I would back Jade...?

I would for sure back Jade, given she does stuff like 'beat up big monsters with a quasi-magical staff'.
