    Default "What If...?" Warps?

"What If...?" has been one of my favourites brands in the Marvel Universe of all times, but sometimes I can't stop thinking that it has created an endless count of alternative realities. So, I just had an interesting idea to reduce those realities and create something intriguing. How about if several realities we known from "What If...?" would be combined into one, giving us a world where there's not only one difference, but several ones? For example, a single reality where all these events from "What If...?" took place:

    - Captain America and Bucky Survived World War II.
    - Captain America Was Elected President.
    - The Fantastic Four Never Gained Their Super-Powers.
    - Dr. Doom Became a Hero.
*The Original Marvel Bullpen Became the Fantastic Four.
    - Jane Foster Found the Hammer of Thor.
    - Rick Jones Became the Hulk.

What do you think of a world where all this happened?

Personally I don't have a problem with the number of the What If universes being high, that's kinda the point, the multiverse is literally infinite. Or was, until Hickman anyway.

But, still an interesting idea. You could definitely make a cse for the Butterfly Effect, where one change leads to another change, and a other and another.... Like if Cap and Bucky survived, and Cap went on to become president he could enact some sort of legislation that kept Reed and co. on the ground until they had accounted for the Cosmic rays. Then maybe they needed a radiation specialist towards that end, and brought in Bruce Banner, which kept him away from the Gamma Bomb, and this all would remove the catalyst for Doom going all supervillain... Not quite sure how it could tie to Jane, but Butterfly Effect, works in mysterious ways

Dr. Donald Blake is one of the medical experts called in to deal with the cosmic radiation investigation, along with Dr. Banner. (Heck, maybe Dr. Stephen Strange could also be one of those called in, and this one investigation would mess with the origin stories of Dr. Strange, the Hulk *and* Thor!) Nurse Jane is pissed, and goes on vacation without him, and discovers the cave and the hammer and repels the stone men.

AU can be fun. Change one detail and go from there. The Registration Act / Civil War scenario happens earlier in history, within a few years of the first appearances of Spider-Man, the Hulk, the Fantastic Four and the Avengers? Reed and Sue never get married, after he sends super-villain cape-killers after her and Johnny and Ben, and she ends up with Namor, and the Queen, and eventual Queen-Mother, of Atlantis! Reed, no longer welcome among his former friends, ends up working for SHIELD, and, eventually, replaces Nick Fury as Director of SHIELD. Ben and Johnny (and, originally, Sue and Namor) continue the Fantastic Four without Reed, before Sue and Namor retire, and Ben and Johnny recruit various other people like Crystal and She-Hulk, etc. as Fantastic Four members, including some oddballs that weren't usually FF members in 616, like Spider-Man, Iceman and Firestar, on Johnny's 'Amazing Friends' team, and She-Thing/Sharon Ventura, Dragon-Man and Amazing Andy, on Ben's 'Monster Stompers' team.

The earlier appearance of a Registration Act, and Tony and Reed's heavy involvement in it, could also lead to a very different Avengers history, with a lot less Tony involvement, and a lot more 'Cap's Kooky Quartet' type groups. Like Reed eventually going on to become Director of SHIELD, the exclusion of Tony from the Avengers would hardly put him out of the game, and he'd have his own 'Heavy Mettle' group of mostly armored heroes, some using his tech (War Machine, Rescue, a Guardsman, a Mandroid, a Hulkbuster, a stealth-suit), others using their own tech or powers (Sunturion, Force?) recruited from his own allies.

It could be a far different world, where the consequences of Civil War had lasting repercussions on relationships and team statuses, and things didn't just sort of reset to default a year later.

An interesting idea. In Thordis' world, where Jane Foster found Thor's Hammer, she saved Algrim the strong from the accident who turned him into Kurse. Realizing Malekith's action, Malekith is the one who suffers wounds, eventually becoming Kurse, which fits his nickname as "the Accursed".
