Ok, so Jafar teleports some guards and Rajah the tiger into the palace dungeon, teleports Aladdin away to the ends of the earth, which isn't too far away because he flies back with the carpet.

He levitates the sultan, and causes makes him feel pain.

He turns Iago into a Roc sized parrot

The sultan knocking the staff out of his hand caused him to lose focus and change Iago back to normal size, though he doesn't need the staff to cause magic as he tks it back into his hand

Creates a small tornado that collects Alladin, Jasmine, the carpetand the lamp from one end of the city and brings them back to him.

He can also hypnotize people with his staff they can resist it
