    Default Mc2 question...

I loved the comics of the Mc2 line from years ago. J2, Anext. They were alot of light hearted fun for me. I am looking for other comics from that line. I think Spidergirl was part of that line but were some other tittles and minis. THanks in advance for all the help.

There was a Fantastic Five series, and some one-shots, like Buzz.

    The MC2 line consisted of:

    SPIDER-GIRL
    A-NEXT (12 issues)
    J2 (12 issues)
    WILD THING (5 issues)
FANTASTIC FIVE (5 issues, but it deserved more)
A-NEXT (relaunch 5 issues mini, it was superb and could have had mor emileage for more)
    LAST HERO STANDING
    LAST PLANET STANDING
SPIDER-GIRL PRESENTS: DARKDEVIL (which was an awesome mini in my opinion, 3 issues)
SPIDER-GIRL PRESENTS: THE BUZZ (Not as strong as DD IMHO but still fun and helped make one more sympathetic for JJ, 3 issues)

    I think that covers everything!

    Cheers.

There were some later Mayday Parker books too, but they didn't have the MC2 branding, which was discontinued when Marvel replaced it's 90s logo with the current one.

I think the line ended in 2011, when Mayday's last book was cancelled and replaced by an Anya Corazon book.

It's a shame that the universe itself (outside of Spider-girl) was so relatively short lived. There were a few weird choices and designs here and there, but I found it quite interesting.

Oh, and you left out a book when listing the MC2 stuff.
What If? Vol 2 105 or as the cover calls it What if ... Starring Spider-man?

It's the first appearance of the MC2 universe.

Although I think the complete collection used the original title and cover.
Doctor Strange: "You are the right person to replace Logan."

Its a shame this line never lasted. I remember reading it for the first time when I was working my first job at a drug store. I would go to the magazine rack and grab some mages to read during my lunch break. There were a few comics but noting that really stood out to me. then I started to read J2. It reminded me of kinda a Spiderman rip off. Nerd going to Midtown High who is also a hero. Bully that picks on said nerd but loves the hero. But I really enjoyed it. The J2 Hulk fight was a lot of fun.

Oh! There was a pretty good American Dream mini-series as well.
