Steve Rogers as Hulk - A WWII soldier is powered by gamma radiation and tries to take down HYDRA and Leader (Johann)

Bruce Banner as Captain America - A nerdy scientist is experimented upon by the US Army and turned into a super soldier but he is scared of what the army wants from him so he runs away and tries to dodge the army at all cost. A portion of the formula howver is stolen by the Red Skull (Sterns).

Doctor Stephen Strange lost his sight after a radioactive substance left him blind, butaugmented his ither senses.

Doctor Don Blake is choosen to become the new sorceror supreme.

Matt Murdock is choosen by Galactus to became his new herald.

Instead of Johann Schmidt, a young bellhop named Erskine becomes Hitler's devoted protege. With no reliable super-soldier program, the US Army, like the Nazis, delves deep into the occult. When Mjolnir is found, the only person who can lift it is a young, sickly kid from Brooklyn named Steve Rogers. As Thor, the American Thunderer, he draws the attention of Phineas Horton, the Sorcerer Supreme of Earth, who sends Thor!Steve out on missions with the Allies as a mentor to the amnesiac Umar, who is now seeking redemption for her previous actions as a "Human Torch".

Norman Osborn and Tony Stark take on the traditional Mordo/Strange roles.
Peggy Carter: The Winter Soldier.
Bruce Banner doesn't get caught in the Gamma Bomb blast that accidentally takes the eyesight of daredevil teen Flash Thompson (whose others senses are heightened, resulting in him becoming the vigilante Nighthawk). Instead, Bruce's latent mutant powers appear; he can see the dead, in a self-preservationist way, to prevent his father from coming for him. He's one of Gabrielle Haller's six original X-Men, codename: Psyche.

Ororo Munroe (Storm) - Lifts Mjolnir and becomes Thor

Kamala Khan - Idolizes Peggy rather than Carol she eventually becomes the American Dream
