    • Negan From the Walking Dead
    • Alpha from the Walking Dead

    • Queen Cloudia from I Hate Fairyland
    • Mammon from Spawn
    • Redeemer from Spawn

Negan and all the villains in Saga and East of West. ...and Ice Cream Man?
Comics were definitely happier, breezier and more confident in their own strengths before Hollywood and the Internet turned the business of writing superhero stories into the production of low budget storyboards or, worse, into conformist, fruitless attempts to impress or entertain a small group of people who appear to hate comics and their creators. -- Grant Morrison, 2008

I'm not sure if I've ever come across a villain Hickman didn't write well. Whether it be his own or a serialized character (this includes almost all his Image work and the whole FF run).
