Yes, it made me realize they were really going for the darkest timeline- no shocking twist, no revelation, nothing. I suppose if he really thought this was a great idea, at least he was kind enough to let us know beforehand.

    Also, Sabretooth.

Sooo... I'm guessing no one correctly guessed "with Mystique and Dr. Nemesis being the MVPs of an hilariously cheesy group shot"?

the Banshee death has always been meaningless because he has become a horseman, he can resurrect really easily

now, other characters wont resurrect so easily

Most should have guessed that from the fact that they spent most of the time sitting out this run. They were the smart ones.

That was just something else that pissed me off. Once again, Mystique & her villain-Sueness gets a pass and is hanging with the X-Men like she's one of the team...Typical Rosenberg didn't have the stones to let Logan gut her.

LMAO truly expert level trolling on his part.

You just know she's thinking "Hold on, you're so busy shaming Emma for choosing a Rogue spec that you're not gonna make a big deal out of us handing over prisoners to some whackjob who used to put bombs in people's heads? Hell yeah!"

I think Hickman won't bother addressing this run at all. He will just let fans go whatever they respawn all the time and move on with the story. At least for the characters, he wants to use.

I think that's very possible he's already gone on record saying continuity in X-Men titles are a mess the smart thing to do would be to ignore this dumpster fire of a run and just continue as if nothing's happened.

Hickman ignoring all this makes me trust him because it shows that he is smarter than us.

Interesting, but where did you find this out?

I think I would actually be okay with that.

Banshee wasn't even alive to be killed again.

Everybody complains about Cyclops or Emma when the character that has been treated like disposable is Banshee. It is so sad and he deserves so much better.
He has been so badly used, killed, not even fully resurrected and killed again, the disrespect.

Agree. I was done with the X Men, once again, when I saw Sean popping up in the new series.
He would fit the n well with a more optimistic storyline.
I hope to see him with Skin and Synch, too.
