The main villain of the story or the whole series or franchise DC comics naturally have an overall main villains for their brands and universes. So Here are a list of the most common big bads of the DC universe.It is not all and that's because some of them are just recurring villains , archenemies doesn't always mean big bads,and some of them are more of Bigger bads.This list covers most of The long running main villains for most of the DC universe is listed with a few known.

I'm pretty sure Green Arrow's big bad is Count Vertigo. He barely even fought Merlyn in the comics.

Also Killer Frost, Hyena and Multiplex for Firestorm.

Mxy is more chaotic neutral usually. And it depends on the version of Bizarro.

One big bad not listed is Anti Monitor. Kind of surprised, considering he wiped out countless universes during COIE.

Vertigo also barely appears in green Arrow Comics, and has afaik done nothing that would qualify him as big bad.


For the JSA I would add Per Degaton, Ultra Humanite and Maybe Brainwave.
