If we're using realistic damage then 90% of the normal humans they fought should be dead . I mean colossus punching people threw walls can break bones causing spine damage, leaving people they beat up unconcious with concussions(tied upside down) makes brain damage, a lot of people Logan used his claws on should have bleed out and died, and the rapid acceleration from bring tossed around by jean could rupture organs....
