It really does not. Thor has much faster reaction time and the definite ability to hurt Megatron. Thor can blitz for the win in any number of ways.

Eh, i know that he's created it and transmuted it with Mjolnir. I don't know about tanking it, but I would not be stunned if he has. Dude has chilled inside of stars and such.

Also, just saying "anti-matter" doesn't really address the reality of what that means in comics. We have to go by the best feats Megatron has for blowing stuff up, and I can't for the life of me recall him ever blowing up anything with Thor's durability.
