Nighshade replaced Ultimate Kyle Richmond as Nighthawk after he was killed during Secret Empire.
I believe she only appeared as Nighthawk in the latest issues of Occupy Avengers.

Like mugiwara was saying, that was the current hero name I was using for Tilda Johnson, who used to be known as Nightshade all the way back in 1973.

Ooh, some of my favorites rarely-seen characters there, like Tilda / Nightshade and Tempo and Krystalin and Sun Girl and Cecelia Reyes and Silhouette and Frenzy! (And, obvi, bigger names like Monica and Misty and Monet!)

Got to include some Bling! tho. Maybe some Gorilla Girl, too. Adept, from Strikeforce Morituri, or Blacklight (daughter of Monica Rambeau from A-Next) are probably even more out-of-continuity than Krystalin...

She was the Heather Hudson of one of the alternate earths that the Exiles visited, but they had no idea at first, since they met her in Sasquatch form, and it wasn't until later that she reverted to her human form (and revealed her name). I think she was leader of her world's Alpha Flight, and quickly became a leader among the Exiles. She was take-charge and competent, yet understanding and got along pretty well with the others, which was a nice touch, since, IMO, 616 Heather Hudson completely changed characterization (and body type...) when she became leader, and it wasn't a great look for her...

I asked JDW about what head-space she's in after everything that's happened, but he says he couldn't say without giving away what she's up to in HOX.
