Goku comes in ready to fight just like during the real tournament but without any of the Dragon Ball Super power-ups. The Noor Stone Baqi gives him nearly unlimited stamina, solving one of his key weaknesses of this era (and it should keep him from needing to conserve his energy and **** around in base form like he did in canon). Mark of the Gods comes in as a bootleg Ultra-Instinct. Giving him unconscious reaction, and the ability to fight people more powerful than himself.

Just a straight steal from the comics. The Hammer gave Cain the ability to no sell BFR and made him even more unstoppable than ever. He's got Juggernaut durability, and his strength is even greater than his durability. Truly a monster.
