I suppose since it comes out in 2020, its either a miniseries mid-Wave 1, or part of Wave 2 in some way.

Whoever wrote the Newsarama article (and the corresponding CBR article) obviously don't know X-Statix, because they mistakenly said Anarchist is on the cover, but it's clearly Mr. Sensitive. I'm curious as to how he survived. The new U-Go Girl is most likely the original's daughter (who was made to believe she was her little sister).

That was my thought as well, but it seems not. The character's name is Uno.

Sadly, the Giant Size X-Statix killed my excitement for the new series, as it's a far cry from the team's glory days. The art is pretty sharp but the writing has completely lost its edge.

I'm not sure the villain team will be the main focus, probably split between the two teams. I'd guess the name may be co-opted by the X-Statix crew at some point.
