Worst thing about this is that Rosenberg probably thinks the opposite (that he wrote a smart, cunning Emma and that she was thinking 2 steps ahead of the villains while it looked completely the opposite)

Here is the thing, Both Cyclops and Emma stories have moved from that. We aren't on the early 2000's anymore, we are going to the 2020's

There are things I liked about this volume of Uncanny and things I didn't like about it.

Liked:

-character dialogue
-the team lineup was unique and fun
-Mr. Sinister was there, being creepy
-60% of the art

Disliked:

-40% of the art
-obliterated 2/3 of 90's X-Factor. My FAVORITE 2/3.
-Banshee seemed to regress from Astonishing.

Theres more on both lists, but I'll leave it there. Suffice to say, there was stuff I really enjoyed about this run and things I hated- no in between at all.

Uncanny #11 was such a good issue IMO but every issue since then went downhill. Bring on the Hick Man. I'm ready

There isn't a single Rosenberg X-book I've enjoyed. He has OK ideas but his execution is terrible and the endings always suck.
