It would depend largely on the element they're made up of, as you imply. For example, a Sandman/Crocodile kind of person would be difficult to disintigrate since they're technically already disintigrated. But she could possibly scatter them enough to not be a problem. If you're thing is ice or water, she can probably turn you into steam or something.

Do you really mean all composite live action? That is a lot of powerful people, and their stacked? Phoneix is getting stomped. Hell, Bruce Almighty might just solo this. He was erasing and creating stars. And you can add the stacked speed of multiple Flashes, Quicksilvers and Superman.
