Is the classic (Pre-FLASHPOINT) Flash costume quietly back in continuity?

Ever since the New 52 reboot, it was never quite clear whether, early in his career, Barry Allen wore the classic Silver/Bronze Age Flash costume and only later switched to the New 52 suit. The most recent issue of THE FLASH (the YEAR ONE storyline) depicts Barry wearing what appears to be his Pre-FLASHPOINT costume, albeit with a differently shaped "belt" around the waist.

That design is Wally's post Morrison/Millar run suit (the first coalesced version of the speed-force suit). Probably drawn this way because Howard Porter is used to do it.

Still, it does establish that Barry started off with something other than the Nu 52 suit.

And also something before the classic suit...that crude costume he's been wearing for the past few issues. Very different from SHOWCASE # 4 where he had the classic suit ready to go from immediately after he decided to make a career out of the speedy hero thing.
