...I guess I'm not that surprised at Super Sons since the main audience is kids, and the average parents aren't LCS goers. They'd prefer digital or trade.

You know, when I keep seeing the numbers fall, I wonder. These sales numbers came from Diamond, right? Does that means it only takes into account LCS sales? What about issues shipped by digital pshops like AMazon, or DC's own site? How much of the market are those in the global sales for comics? Or bookstores for trades? I know digital sales aren't a big piece of the whole cake, but what about other physical channels?

It is difficult to know other sources. Not to mention that we do not know how important they are.

However, I think the LCS still reflects the reception of many comics at some level.

I mean DC isn't so happy with the current sales of King for Batman. I think we can see this fall in LCS sales (80K would be big for others, but not for Batman).

So it looks like up at first, then down more recently. I guess I can get a bump. I like a good amnesia storyline. Alas, this is isn't a good amnesia storyline to me. And I personally think it's gone on too long, but I'm biased, since I don't like it. The entire point of an amnesia storyline to me is the character getting their memories and self back. 4 issues at most. And these are sales to retailers, not consumers.

But it might drop down again after 75, if King doesn't deliver.

Maybe. How much lag time is there in retailers ordering when customers stop caring? I never used to pay attention to when writers and such changed - do most fans now and do retailers? What I'm asking, I guess, is whether a spike at 86, when writers change, is to be expected.
