The years are when those volumes started - but Wolverine still has the wrong year, as that Hulk series didn't start in 1962. That one was cancelled after six issues, the Hulk series Wolverine debuted in was originally Tales to Astonish, so it should be 1968, the year Hulk took over the book.

Whatever way you look at it Wolverine didn’t debut in 1962 and Destiny didn’t debut in 1963.

Starting to think some of the "errors" (Archangel debut X-Men #3?) are on purpose. Maybe it has something to do with what Xavier will learn from Moira.

Book became ‘Uncanny’ in 1978 so Shaw and Sinister wrong as well.

Though, I’d imagine they are more likely genuine mistakes than my elaborate stab at converging timelines.

That is not how Marvel counts that. It's the first six issues, then it continues when Hulk takes over the Astonishing numbering. They do not consider 1968 as a relaunch of the title.
