Honestly I’ve not been planning to even pick up House/Powers Of X as I feel so burned out by the current state of Marvel (and the X-Books in particular). But as the release is approaching I’ve started to get curious... Could we finally be getting some good X-Books again? I really hope so. And now these solicits and covers have caught my interest further...

Honestly not sure I like that the line-up for the main book looks to be just the Summers/Gray family plus Wolverine. Much prefer the line-up for Marauders, but then I’ve never read something from Duggan that I liked!! I think I’ll approach these cautiously but hope for the best. My pull list has felt lacking without any X-Books on it, I really hope that can change!

I mean there's a reason they got Jonathan Hickman (the man responsible for two of the most iconic marvel runs in the past 10 years) to write HoX/PoX and oversee the X-books for the next couple of years.

The only thing about this that actually scares me is the absence of Money, Archangel and Nightcrawler. But seeing as they were handpicked by Hickman for HoX, I hope they show up as part of X-Men or New Mutants.

Also, don't kill Erik and Charles, Hickman, ffs. Here's hoping people like Polaris and Northstar make it to the next wave.
