I think Wave Ii is just a rumor. All the big names are already cast on the current announced DoX books.

Hickman himself has said there's a Wave II coming that they're still finding talent for. He said this before the Dawn of X books were announced.

Leah Williams & Vita Ayala have been confirmed to be on Wave II.
