I don't think Klaus can do anything to put the Term down. On the other hand, Klaus is waaayyy too fast for the Term to catch. I'd say the Term eventually wins on stamina. Klaus will eventually dry up from lack of blood, and then the Term wins by default.

Klaus is harder to kill, since he is a true immortal other than certain weaknesses that aren't available in the arena. He's relatively easy to ten-count, however, assuming you can catch him.
