What do you think about the Marauders line up?

I kinda liked Kitty before Gold, especially how she was in Astonishing. I think Gold ruined her for everyone lol

Storm and Emma are faves of mine, and I'm pretty interested in seeing what Duggan will do for Kitty and Bishop after the damage that's been done to their characters.

Loving the sound of this Marauders book and love that Gerry Duggan is writing it. If I can nitpick, "Marauders" as a title is probably a bit of a hard sell and I worry about its long-term longevity despite the stellar line-up of characters. I wonder if mixing this up with X-Force would have been a safer bet. Oh well, either way, I'm reading it!

Emma x Kitty x Ororo should be interesting, although not sold on Pyro particularly, regardless of what version it is. But if Hickman's excited about the title, it's enough for me to at least try out.

Tbh I would rather switch Kitty and Pyro on Marauders for Rogue and Gambit on Excalibur and have Storm lead the team. But overall, I like the team.

1) I just tolerate Emma and Bishop. I can't stand Kitty, Storm and Iceman anymore. Don't care about nuPyro

2) I hate Marauders as a team name. Why not calling themselves the Purifiers, while they're at it? The concept is interesting, if a bit odd. I doubt anyone will listen to orders from Emma, so Kitty is probably the boss.

3) Solid creative team.

4) It's probably the new Pyro from X-Men Gold.

The best line up by a mile.
So much history between the characters, big personalities, lots of potential for caustic interactions. Great diversity in character, ethnicity and personality and powerset. The most interesting team by a mile.

The Marauders name is clever given the concept BUT I don't know where this puts the X-Men. It sounds like they become like the Inhumans. But will wait and see.
