The other three might be, but Katie isn't, as confirmed by her Marvel Legacy one-shot.

Or the editors are not doing their job. Odd that one end would bring up how there was a six part documentary about them only for Marvel Legacy to say otherwise. Unless Katie was censored out of it in which case it would be weird for people to not piece two and two together but that would not explain Alex not being a public member of the FF and the teacher not knowing about it ...

I'm thinking way too much about this.

Wouldn't it be something for Power Pack to come back only to become fugitives under the "Outlaw" status quo?

Alex as well. He was 19 before Secret Wars and the Foundation were gone for five years, so he's 24 now.... though because it had only been one year for Johnny and Ben who were left behind, Alex would legally only be 20.

He was nineteen back in 2010 and I know time travels weird there but it's believed 4irl = 1MY so at least 2 have gone by.

Runaways says only two years have passed since they first got together. Which would mean everything from 2004 to 2015 was all in the same year!

With this context, it makes the Superhuman Community perpetually unstable with their yearly civil waring.

    Power Pack #5 Dec 1984
    "Homecoming!"
Power Pack return to Earth with their parents. Before their parents wake up on the beach,
Julie suggests that they keep their powers a secret. The other kids initially balk,
but then agree that perhaps it would be best to resume a "normal life," at least outwardly, for their parents' sake.

They change out of their costumes and Julie unwraps her broken arm.

When Jim and Maggie wake up, the kids tell them that they were also attacked by the Snarks, but do not elaborate further.
The Powers' home has been completely destroyed by the Snarks, and Jim discovers
that when he tries to think about his anti-matter converter, he has blinding headaches.

The family heads into town. Julie is examined by a doctor, who discovers that she does
have a hairline fracture in her arm - but one that looks as though it happened a while ago.
Neither the parents nor the kids can explain the break and subsequent healing, so the doctor simply places Julie's arm in a cast.

As the Powers eat dinner at a local restaurant,
they are accosted by James Power's boss, Carmody.
He is convinced that the Power kids are mutants,
and has brought a government official, along to prove it.
    The kids flee the restaurant,

pursued by Carmody and the special agent.
When Carmody draws a gun, they save the agent from him,
and keep him from falling off a cliff into the sea.

The special agent's mutant detector does not pick up any mutant activity in the Power children,
and Carmody's claims are dismissed. James Power resigns from Carmody's company.

Back at the beach house, James reveals that he has been
offered a job as a professor at Columbia University in New York.
All of the kids are eager to move to the city except for Julie.
She flees for the beach, where she has a heart-to-heart talk with her mother, and then with Friday.

Script by Louise Simonson, pencils by Mary Wilshire (breakdowns), inks by Bob Wiacek (finishes)

What a dummy. He should know that being a mutant isn't the only way to get superpowers. He should've used a scanner that detects all genetic abmormalities, not just the X-gene.

Sorry to say, but Henry Peter Gyrich is a like most bigotted people; they will always believe the worst in the ones they hate and/or feared.....as this was pointed out numerous times with Carmody/BoogieMan thoughout their series.....
