Fun thinking exercise. I would keep the premise for each book but change the rosters:

    X-Men:
    Cyclops
    Storm
    Jean Grey
    Wolverine
    Emma Frost
    Magneto

    Marauders:
    Kitty Pryde
    Nightcrawler
    Gambit
    Rogue
    Iceman
    Northstar
    Bishop

    Excalibur:
    Psylocke
    Rachel Grey
    Chamber
    Rictor
    Pixie
    Pete Wisdom

    Fallen Angels:
    Kwannon
    Daken
    X-23
    Cable (adult)

    X-Force:
    Sage
    Wolverine
    Domino
    Colossus
    Feral
    Shattestar
    Marrow

    New Mutants:
    Moonstar
    Magik
    Jubilee
    Quentin Quire
    Hellion
    Karma
    Mondo
A picture would last longer darling...

I agree with keeping the same general premises but changing rosters up a bit.

X-Men: This team stays as a rotating cast, but there's a mainstay cast that comprises of:
    Cyclops
    Jean Grey
    Storm
    Wolverine
    Bishop
    Trinary
    Magneto

    Marauders:
    Nightcrawler
    Rogue
    Gambit
    Boom Boom
    Rictor
    Revenant (Rachel Grey-Summers)
    Pyro

    New Mutants:
    Magik
    Sunspot
    Mirage
    Chamber
    Wolfsbane
    Cypher
    Magma
    Penance (Monet)

    X-Force:
    Wolverine
    Karma
    Warpath
    Domino
    Banshee
    Colossus
    Frenzy
    Quentin Quire

    Excalibur:
    Captain Britain
    Glorianna
    Britannic
    Dazzler
    Wisdom
    Juggernaut
    Excalibur

    Fallen Angels:
    X-23
    Psylocke
    Hope

I may have put X-23 on X-Force. A “Mutant CIA” falls right within her skill set, and honestly isn’t far from an idea I’d already had for X-Force as a counter-intelligence squad.

What exactly are the premises of Excalibur beyond 90s X-men Blue in England, and New Mutants beyond class reunion highjinks in space?

Excalibur appears to be a fun magic type book with more or less the 90s Blue team and New Mutants is LITERALLY that mixed with "The Search for Cyclops, but it's Cannonball instead."

This thread is kind of similar to the one I created. I think mods could merge them, as the rules are close:

Also try not to add or subtract too many members from a particular roster. Otherwise, have at it.

    That said, I'll go first.

    X-Men
No changes, it's a rotating roster.

    Marauders
Gambit (leader due to nature, Storm basically is leading though)
    Storm
    Rogue
    Kwannon
    Moonstar
    Pyro

Mission Statement; same as before, but powered by the Thieves & Assassins Guild instead of the Hellfire Trading Company

    X-Force
Sunspot (leader, bringing back the AIM connection)
    Bishop
    Emma Frost
    Sage
    Domino
    Wolverine
    Cypher

Misson Statement; same, but more members clearly associated with espionage, information gathering or black-ops

    Excalibur
    Psylocke (leader)
    Wolfsbane
    Chamber
    Colossus
    Magik
    Black Tom
    Mondo

Mission Statement; same, now full of Europeans! Also magic.

    New Mutants
    Jean Grey (leader)
    Iceman
    Beast
    Shadowcat
    Karma
    Jubilee
    Rictor
    Quintin

Mission Statement; less of a rescue Cannonball mission, more of a teach new generation of mutants who might also go to space for some reason!

    Fallen Angels
    Kid Cable
    X-23
    Apocalpyse

Misson Statement; same edgyness, more Apocalypse x K!Cable drama.
Excalibur, to me, has the same problem new mutants does;; namely, Rahne Sinclair.

Those are meant to be guideline, but feel free to ignore them as you wish.
It's not like the other thread's suggestions were being followed to a T.

Btw, love your team, especially the amount oF LGBTQ representations.

That one is my favorite too! I wanted to challenge Colossus with leadership and Iceman with connectivity, and then give them the worst cats to herd. Avalanche as My Big Fit Greek Daddy, and Stacy-X as a crackwhore with a heart of cold. I still need to workshop a better name for non-combatant Darkveil, and decide who should do psychic comms: Karma or Cuckoos.
