    Default Batman

What books(fiction&nonfiction) about Batman's formative years do you recommend me?

Batman: Year One, Batman: Prey, The Long Halloween, Dark Victory, Year Two are all good choices that come off the top of my head.

Batman Shaman is a must read for anyone who is a fan of Batman Year One, as both are brilliantly interwoven.

The digital first series Legends of the Dark Knight. You have short little stories of Bruce before his parents died, after his parents died, and flashbacks to his parents and Alfred that showcase his drive and compassion in way most people don't. There are even nods to what is considered the best Batman story by non comic fans, Batman: The Ultimate Evil, which is inarguably one of the most important and influential comics in the entire mythos.

Thank you all for the recommendations! I checked them out and I saw that they are all relevant to Bruce's becoming Batman, but I am looking for a book(fiction or nonfiction) or miniseries wich details the training and instruction Bruce did in order to become Batman. It's something motivational for me. ☺️
