I think the entire idea of leaving Apocalypse running loose in a little like putting the fox in charge of the hen house. These covers seem to confirm I have a right to be suspicious at the least, I can not see this working out well at all. Originally Posted by Luckystar.

Her bowing to me is just basically making her look more of a traditional "knight" and at least for the cover it looks awesome

Maybe Apocalypse is manipulating her into doing his bidding, so that she thinks that she's doing what's right only to in the end find out that he played her like a fiddle the entire time, maybe he messed with one of her resurrections or something...

Am I the only one here that thinks this Excalibur setup is going to ruin the Otherworld/Excalibur mythos requiring another long hiatus for the team? Nothing I've seen so far gives me any hope for this title and I guess I wondering if I'm the only one that feels this way.
Don't get me wrong, I'll give the title a shot. But I'm not going in with high expectations.

Betsy bowing not only to Appcalypse but the rest of the X-Men, I think first few issues may show her conflicted between her allegiance to Krakoa and Otherworld and this shows her picking a side. Apocalypse is basically mutant royalty.
This is the book Im most conflicted abt. Rogue is my favorite character and the way shes been written the last couple of years has been godawful. So Im really hoping this creative team has some fresh ideas on where to take her character rather then continue with pre HoXPoX direction which is the worst shes been since Austen/Milligan.
