    My money’s on Mei. She’s a pretty high-tier in a verse that stomps RWBY hard.

    I also don’t believe Cinder hits as hard as some of the attacks Mei took repeatedly in the Madara fight.

    Couple that with the Naruto speed algorithm and I don’t see this going well for Cinder.

    Mei's elemental are also quite a bit more potent than Cinder's, and have a way greater range to them.
