Wich also means that Batman doing stuff in Gotham in TEC at the same time, as Bane has taken over Gotham in Batman and while Batman is also fighting a multiversal crisis with the Justice League.

Thats not how it is shown in Justice League. And it would still mean that Batman vanished during a major crisis (due to being kidnapped by Bane and Thomas) and nobody noticed it.

want ot adapt Snyder's run?
start with Court of Owls
grab the trade and make an animation of that
then grab the City of Owls
then Death of the family
then Zero Year
then you could do Batman Eternal after that
and so forth

Zero Year and Batman Eternal are probably to long for a movie.

And if they do a series they probably would need a TV station (or a streaming service) to air and pay for it. I don't think that a direct to DVD series is an option, that would be probably to expensive for casual fans (and I don't think there are that many hardcore fans).

its not that it didnt happen but ratter that it wasnt acknowledge

using that same logic, what happen on Superman/AC is not affecting Justice League either
the entire earth was send to the phantom zone and not one mention was made
this doesnt mean that they dont share the same continuity
