    She could maybe block them if they were in a straight line (debateable given how fast Seiya's attacks are) but if he "curves" his blasts she won't be able to block them as they'll go around her defences and come in from an unexpected angle.

    She was able to block DD's AOE even though the shield only covered her torso.
