There are some female villains with potential but basically all are criminally underused by Marvel.

White Rabbit really hasn’t been given her due. I’d love to see her go full mental case, and start living life like she was the White Rabbit from Wonderland. It could be dark, and emotional.

So, shes constantly late for a very important date? heh. (who's the date? is she infatuated with a mysterious male hero?)
she should be more prominent. not sure what heroes are a fit for her. seems like she'd be a partner for Arcade.
I don't want her to get 'rabbit powers' via mutation. (i'm sure that would be somebody's vision of "upgrading" her).
Put her in some other settings: England, France, Ireland, etc.

Oh, I know. I just want to see someone lead her down a path like that of Batman’s Mad Hatter. Really turn the emotional aspect of her descent into crime. No powers. Just a case study.
