I didn't know Namorita ever worked out.

Maybe that is why her strength increased? Or was her mutant nature maturing, increasing her strength?

Actually, they{the Creative Team} have always shown Nita to exercise regularly on dry land.

Damn Ive missed this character. The 1st of the New Warriors run was so awesome... I wish we could have those characters back with that same energy.

Nova pulled her from the past - since she never returned and showed up in Fantastic Four last year, we can assume she's out there... though the start of Civil War and the 2005 New Warriors book would now have played out differently as Nita would no longer have been there (she has to have been retrieved from before then because she still looked human and not blue).

It appears history has changed slightly, and she's out there, but clearly not living in Atlantis.

possibly. but he was noticeably absent from the last Iron Heart story arc. like his name or image never appeared despite Midnight's Fire and Silhouette being in the majority of the issues. kind of weird. they even left Dwayne's father out of the flashback to Tai meeting the soldiers.

Annihilation - Scourge Omega: Despite the egregious crimes committed during Rosencanny, someone at Marvel let Rosenberg write mutant characters. During the finale of Annihilation Scourge, Richard Rider recruits some friends to help him fend off Sentry. Some of these mutant cameos are: Justice, Namorita, Firestar, Cloak, and Dagger.
