Default Darkest "dark era" Disney Movie?

The 70s and most of the 80s are seen as the "dark Disney era". Disney had not started touchstone pictures yet and some adult or more scary (well by 80s times anyways) movies was coming out from Disney. From black hole, to child of glass to dragonslayer (nudity in a Disney movie!), they had some dark films.

But what film is the darkest? Is it the ending to the black hole? The princess's fate in dragonslayer? The headless mumbi chase in return to oz? All of watcher in the woods? Bill cosby in devil and max devilon? The merry go round scene in something wicked this way comes? The ending to me boogedy?

What do you guys thing? I'll post some clips here and there so enjoy.

Going with Something Wicked This Way Comes.

Couple on that list I haven't seen. The Black Hole and Dragonslayer certainly had their dark parts, which were pretty shocking for Disney movies in that era. But SWTWC was just creepy. Any time Ray Bradbury wanted to creep me out, he generally succeeded.

Never heard of most of these but as far as Disney goes Hellfire from Hunchback for my money is the darkest thing in a Disney animated movie.

Here are some clips that kids got scared by. Spoilers.

Black hole. This movie gets dark even with the cute robot sidekicks.

TV spot for devil and max devlon. I like how the tv spot makes it look more comedy like. It's not.
